Ok it only allows three way conversations but it is free file ,application sharing and video conferencing. sound like a groove lite .

Another good one is the new Yugma service at https://www.yugma.com. You get web conferencing and desktop sharing for free, forever!!! Invite up to 10 other people (repeat 10!). Change presenters. Works on Mac and Windows (linux coming soon). Free voice conference bridge. It's fast, easy, and best of all it's free forever. I recommend it...
