Monday 3rd March

VENUE: Manchester United Football Club, Sir Matt Busby Way, Manchester,

On Tuesday 4th March, Manchester United Football Club will play Olympic Lyonnaise (Lyon) in the last sixteen of the Champions league. It promises to be a tight match with both teams having everything to play for…..

20 young people from Manchester will be the envy of football fans world-wide, as they take up the chance of a lifetime to report live from this match and interview Sir Alex Ferguson and players at the pre/post- match press conferences.

The youngsters are all part of a ground-breaking new project, aptly named Supporter to Reporter- an innovative scheme aimed at improving self-confidence amongst young people- part of the Government’s Aim Higher initiative.

The Radiowaves Reporters are to be given unprecedented media access and full press accreditation. Radiowaves.co.uk/supporter
